Hyrax

The Hyrax device serves for the transverse expansion (extension) of the upper dental arc.

It can be made on rings that are soldered or welded by laser. For this technology, our lab has been specializing for a long time (see Laser). Another possibility of fabrication is through a resin that overlaps the occlusal surfaces of lateral teeth.
