Bruxism

Bruxism, or teeth grinding, occurs primarily during sleep. The causes of this pathological phenomenon may vary (from dental defects to brain disorders). The most common reason is most of stress and overload of the nervous system, which virtually every person today is exposed to virtually every person today.
The denture plate is made of special thermoplastic foil and is used at night during sleep, where it is able to relieve muscle tension and reduce the pressure of both jaws, thereby protecting the tooth enamel.
