Laser welding

Laser welding is a very effective and aesthetic way to connect metallic materials.
The main advantages of laser welding are the quality of the weld, the minimal deformation of the bonded parts, the higher depth of penetration, significantly lower heat-affected zone (HAZ – Heat Affected Zone), high material productivity in terms of strength, preservation of original properties and minimization of material fatigue. Both materials heat up for a very short time and partially melt, causing a connection. The weld is so strong that it achieves the strength of the base material.
